A perfectly balanced sour cocktail with bourbon, fresh citrus, and a silky texture. A true crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Egg White (optional)
- Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Dash bitters on top.
